Landscaping Highpoint Shopping Centre.
Highpoint Shopping Centre's out door precinct, IN: TRANSIT, is an open air retail and casual dining hub. The site is formed by three shipping containers that are all connected by decking. The outdoor space was inspired by food trucks and built on the interest of pop-up stores. Porta Cumaru decking and seating helped turn an outdated walkway into a charming public space.

Market Hotel Beer Garden.
When it came to renovate the beer garden at the Market Hotel in Ballarat, the venue needed something durable but that would still create an inviting space. As a result, the builder went to local supplier, G GAY & CO MITRE 10, who recommended Porta Cumaru as a hardwearing timber that wouldn’t bleed. See how the warm tones of Porta Cumaru are strikingly set against the red brick, white cladding and concrete pavement.
Street Furniture Australia
‘Green The Street’ was an installation at the Ekka (the Royal Queensland Show) in Brisbane. Gregory Terrace was filled with trees and plants, designed to model how a public street can enhance a community’s health, happiness and lifestyle. Street Furniture Australia contributed the Forum Seats and Cafe Stools featuring Cumaru timber battens and bright powder coats.
Outdoor Setting at Federal Mills Cafe.
This cafe is in the former Federal Woollen Mills, one of the Geelong’s most iconic and historic buildings. The exterior table compliments the historic building – referencing the rail sleepers and iron in the design. However, the thick timber is not sleepers but made from FSC Certified Porta Cumaru. The timber is paired with a pattern feature inlay creating a contemporary outdoor tabled seating setting.
